Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WME (Worship Music Education). By accessing our services through our website wme.today, social media, or in-person/online classes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Services Offered

WME provides structured education in Worship Musicianship across:

Keyboard
Guitar
Drums
Vocal

We offer instruction through:

One-on-One Sessions
Group Classes
Online Programs
Certification

                Certification: On successful completion of the program, students will receive a certificate in collaboration with 
                LLM – Multi Education Skill Development Company, an officially recognized educational partner.
            

2. Course Duration & Frequency

Each student receives 4 classes per month.
Sessions may be scheduled weekly or as mutually agreed between the instructor and student.

3. Fees and Payment

Monthly Fee: ₹2,500 (subject to revision with prior notice)
Yearly Offer: Pay for 10 months, get 12 months (2 months free)
Fees are payable in advance.
Missed classes without at least 24 hours' prior notice will not be rescheduled.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances, at the discretion of WME.

4. Rescheduling & Holidays

Classes falling on public holidays or unforeseen off-days will be rescheduled.
Students must give at least 24 hours' notice for personal rescheduling requests.

5. Use of Course Material

All course content — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, practice sheets, and curriculum plans — is the intellectual property of WME and/or its instructors.

Unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

Respect instructors and peers
Arrive on time for sessions
Maintain notes and assignments as instructed
Avoid any form of disruptive behavior

WME reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for students who breach these standards.

7. Media & Promotion

WME may use class recordings, event photos, or student testimonials for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, or brochures.

Students who wish to opt out must notify WME in writing or by email before the start of the program.

8. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in classes after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Legal Entity & Ownership

WME (Worship Music Education) is a training initiative operated and managed by:

Registered Micro Enterprise (Udyam No: UDYAM-TN-24-0010150)
Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

All payments and services are legally processed under JC Media House.
