Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 15 May 2025

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services offered by WME (Worship Music Education), operated under JC Media House, Chennai (Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-TN-24-0010150).

1. General Policy

All payments made for WME classes, courses, or subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific, exceptional cases outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If the student/guardian accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service.
• Service Non-Delivery: If WME is unable to begin or deliver scheduled classes due to instructor unavailability or platform-related issues.
• Medical or Family Emergency: Subject to valid documentation and WME administration’s discretion.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for:
• Missed classes due to personal/student absence
• Dissatisfaction with teaching style, pace, or course structure
• Partially attended or skipped sessions

3. Cancellation Policy

• Students may cancel their enrollment anytime by emailing support@wme.today.
• Cancellation does not entitle a refund unless it falls under an eligible refund case.
• For annual subscriptions:
  • If cancelled within 6 months: No refund.
  • If cancelled after 6 months: A partial refund may be considered at WME's discretion.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email support@wme.today with the following details:

• Student’s Full Name
• Registered Phone Number and Email
• Payment Date and Transaction Reference
• Reason for Refund Request
• Any supporting documents (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

5. Modifications to Policy

WME reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on wme.today and take effect immediately.
